| Love the new series, it's much better in terms of storytelling and the scale is so much bigger than what we saw in season 1. Beginning to like Cad Bane's character now, he's getting more suited to be the new most prominent bounty hunter of the era. One quick note about the Mandalore episode I'd like to mention. A character named Tal Merrick is being introduced by it. Tal is in the Mando'a dictionary and means blood, and this character is supposed to be an evil character. Could they be using that or could it just be a cruel coincidence? | |

| He's also being voiced by Greg Proops, hahahaha. (If you don't know who he is, he is most well known for his improv work on the TV show "Whose Line Is It Anyway." I believe he was in both the American and UK versions. Oh, and he also played the Basic-speaking half of the two-headed announcer from the pod-race scene in Ep. 1, which I only just now learned.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greg_Proops | |

More trivia (because I'm the Mommy of a preschooler...) Greg Proops also does the voice of Bob from Bob the Builder: Project Build It. Classic!!

| Woo I can tell already that they're gonna be getting complaints about that worms episode. Man that thing could give a kid nightmares with all the going into noses, making the bodies jerk and bone cracking sounds, plus that bit where it was all "RAWR I IS OUT OF YOUR MOUTH" yeah, traumatizing kids go LucasArts . | |

| I also liked the dark feel of 'Brain Invaders.' I betcha there will be complaints. I don't get how sometimes they make it dark and a little older, but its still kiddy. It's like they're trying to appeal to a large audience or something. Dunno. The franchising is kind of annoying too. Like Clone Wars underwear. And I agree with Mesh with the clones being expendable yet valued some other time. It's like, 'hey Trap,' and then bzzz, he's dead. And they don't care. Plus they're always getting killed off and seem to suck at hitting anything, but then in this episode, the meatcans are suddenly really dangerous and its such a fight to fend them off. I just don't get what they're doing. Lucas Arts seems to just throw everything about the Clone Wars out the window and is rewriting all the rules or something. They also aren't very original with planets and stuff. I was kind of skeptical about the 'Second Battle of Geonosis.' They should do more original battles. Also, when they killed the two pilots in the episode, there were no visible blaster marks. They're listed as dead though. And when two clones attacked Barris and Ashoka in the eating hall, and they Forced pushed them into a wall, they sorta floated over yet fell unconscious. Hmm.... Anyway, end of my rant. XD I do like the show, and this episode is a favorite. Just pointing out flaws. Apparently the Mandos will be making an appearance soon, after Cartoon Network's little Winter Break. | |

When is that going to be? The next episode to air (in the U.S.) is going to be on the first of January. It's going to be a double-episode, but from the limited descriptions that were given, I doubt there are going to be Mandos. - Quote :
- Episode 9: "Grievous Intrigue" January 1, 2010
After a deadly encounter with a prominent member of the Jedi Council, the Jedi resolve to stop General Grievous once and for all.
10: "The Deserter" January 1, 2010
Obi-Wan Kenobi leads a squadron of clone troopers as the search for Grievous intensifies, but who is the mysterious Cut Lawquane?

I'd bet money on it. Look at the hype they gave Cad Bane, and after 2 episodes he was out of the story. My guess is that there will be an episode where Obi and Ani go to protect Satine from Death Watch Assassins. Obi and Ani thwart the attept, Obi gets the girl, and we all live happly (yet sickened) ever after.

| Face it, with a show like this, and a manager like this there's gonna be a lot of fillers only way they seem to think they can keep a show going for maximum profit. I'd have more respect if they did it the way some respectable bunch did where they set themselves up a fairly lengthy plot and just plunked along that and called it quits when it was quits. | |

| i just realised from the comments on later pages that the mandos are not showing up as I'd hoped..well in the amount i hoped...what shabla osik :/
Why can't they just leave things as they were more realistic and believable, they let the Yuzang vong roam free and they won't give way to mandos? Come on the vong were the most un-cannon like additions to the universe *sighs* so many double standards these days

| Okay, here's the deal...
I just got the new Insider in the mail today (since I'm a geek who gets a subscription...)
The Mandalorian story arc schedule is as follows:
Retyped from Insider #115, page 6: January 29 (Single Episode) The Mandalorian Plot Summary: While investigating rumors of conspiracy surrounding Duchess Satine of Mandalore, Obi-Wan uncovers the truth about the mysterious "Mandalore Plot."
Feburary 5 (Double Bill) Voyage of Temptation Summary: As the Jedi and their clones defend Duchess Satine from assassination attempts, Anakin discovers that Obi-Wan and the Duchess have a history together. Duchess of Mandalore Summary: On Coruscant, Duchess Satine is framed for the creation of a Mandalorian terrorist group. On the run from Republic authorities, Satine and Obi-Wan set off to discover the group's true origins.
That's all they have listed for Mandalorians in the Clone Wars series. We'll have to wait and see how exactly they get portrayed, I suppose. Doesn't sound good, though, based on those summaries.
