Your art is cute Don't underestimate the power of DeviantArt. You can practice art by drawing Mandalorians, it's what I did when I wasn't experienced with drawing... A few years afterwards, people started to recognize my drawings anywhere online.

And last summer I was trooping as a Scout with the 501st at this manga convention, and met with Mando cosplayers... I told them about my drawings and they went, "Oh my god, it's Daennika!"

That was my epic win moment

Yep! I scanned a lot of stuff last weekend, and there was some Mando'ade lineart (Serrah and Binne, her partner in crime) I'll upload after I color it (longer if I ask a friend to help me shade, I can't really shade myself)

Olarom! I see you've noticed we're a quiet bunch, and I'm not sure how many still come in and peek around anymore, but I can tell you that I do on occasion. I agree with you on liking Mandalorian ethics and the aesthetics of their beskar'gam. But as I said, while we aren't a particularly active community, it's possible some of the vode here might have gathered elsewhere (perhaps SWTOR?). I haven't tried doing a search for any of their usernames, though, so I can't say for sure.

After reading the Republic Commando books I wanted to know more about Mandalorians, I searched the internet and found a few songs, this fansite, and a few other websites.(and a Wookieepedia)

I can speak my mind too much, I personally believe that in war and a few other aspects of life the only sides to choose from are the Bad and the Worse, I can be too honest (as in I might be rude.).

I sometimes question my own questions, I can never give an opinion on how good something looks because I think good is not enough and great is too much and vice versa.

I'm a pessimist most of the time, I am not good at making a list of things about myself, and I hate being around my peers. (I Hate being around people my age and younger, I prefer being with older people who are mature or are wiser then me.)

I've been a fan of the SW universe for some time now, but I never really paid attention to the mandalorians until not so long ago, when I created a character for an frpg, and I decided to give her some kind of connection to mandos, so I looked into this stuff. In the real world most of my favourite things are related to vikings or scandinavia in general, and it felt like the mandalorians are the SW counterparts of scandinavian people of the viking age, so among a few other things this (possibly imaginary) connection turned me into a fandalorian.

It has reached my attention that this is the place for introductions. Good. Real name is Adam, Mando name is Kadral (a mashing together of kad --sabre-- and dral --strong-- in the same vein as Richard being a mashing together of the words for leader and strong et cetera) Oncari (a corruption of the Latin name for jaguar --the feline, not the car. Although the cars are very pretty-- which is Panthera onca)

So, more about me then....well as far as RP purposes go, Kadral has a Mando'ad father and an Echani mother; I picked Echani as I practice karate and so what better way to reflect a martial art that literally means 'empty hand' than a species who specialise in close quarters combat and unarmed and unarmoured combat?

I am currently working on a piece of -I shudder to use the term due to its popular connotations- fan-fiction outlying the past of my character, or perhaps the present, depending on your perspective. Needless to say it will be excellent.....probably.....hopefully....maybe...yeah.
